Martin SHINOHARA
CEO Masahiko SHINOHARAStarted his career at Daiko Denshi Co. after university. spending several years of accounting carrer, he made shift to sales section. After he left Daiko Denshi, he joined Kobayashi Seiyaku Co, and started develop encoding system of video data to minimize data size without degrading.
He established TENMA co.ltd with his accompany to spin out from Kobayashi. A unique algorithm and codec methodology are developed for especially medical industry. Now the system has been widely used in the field of medical area.
